Props

We have all come to the decision that the main prop that will be used is a rose. This will be the only single thing in colour if we are able to edit the opening in quite a complex way! This will keep the viewers thinking as the person that will be laying the flowers will be the man who killed the girl. A way in which we will incorporate the use of editing will be by the mysterious man laying a rose down each day on the girls grave but sped up so that it shows the use of time going by but him still having the thought in his mind. We also thought that we would use a rose because it is not a stereotypical prop used in a thriller in fact it is known to be the opposite which indeed gives it a strange twist to the whole opening.
