from the interviews i found distinct differences between ages

-the 19yr old female that was interviewed said that it was more important to have a well known and accomplished actor compared to both the over30s interviewed who were more interested in the personality of the character rather than the actor playing them

-also the younger interviewees associated thriller more with death and mystery rather than challenging them psychologically


-all interviews showed that thrillers have more of an impact if the location is somewhere outside when it is dark because it creates more mystery and could help build suspense


-it was found also that a realistic setting and at first a realistic situation had more impact that something that begins surreal. 


-the males wanted action from the start, whereas the females wanted the storyline to build from an ordinary situation
